彼女と彼女の猫 -Everything Flows- She and Her Cat -Everything Flows-

SYNOPSIS

ある夏の一番暑い日、彼女と、彼女の飼い猫である“僕”の暮らしが始まった。彼女は、通っている短大の卒業を控え、就職活動に追われる毎日を送っている。いつも頑張っている彼女にとって、“僕”と過ごす時間は、互いにひと時の安らぎを感じられる、とても大切なものだった。しかし、家族のことや、友達のこと、将来のこと…いろいろなことがうまくいかず、彼女は次第に傷つき、立ち止まってしまいそうになる。それでも彼女は、背筋を伸ばし、今日も扉を開けて外の世界へと踏み出していく。そんな大好きな彼女のことを、“僕”はいつまでも見守っていたいと思っていた。

Miyu, a young woman living in the city, and Daru, an elderly black cat, have been together since Miyu’s childhood. As Miyu faces the troubles and pains of living alone in society, Daru feels helpless in his old age to give her any comfort. In his last days, however, the two companions reflect on their memories together, remembering their own loneliness in their youth, and the small but cherished company they had found in one another.
