SYNOPSIS
重要な感覚器である目が損傷すると、その回復までのプロセスには大きな苦悩が伴うもの。痛み、弱さ、精神不安に満ちた旅に我々は連れ出されるのだ。その旅では、迷信や魔術でさえも、回復に影響を与えると思われている。
An important sensory organ, the eye, is damaged. The exhausting healing process takes us on an inner journey full of pain, fragility and mental unrest, in which even superstition and witchcraft seem to have an influence on recovery.

Giulia FALCIANI
ジュリア・ファルチアーニはイタリア・フィレンツェで生まれ育ち、現在ベルリンでアニメーターとして活動する。作品では多様な素材や技法を駆使し、アニメーションという媒体の可能性を最大限に探求する。伝統的なドローイングやストップモーションからデジタルアニメーション、さらには光や質感を用いた実験まで幅広く取り組む。ベルリン拠点のアニメーションスタジオSTUDIO FAZIの共同設立者。
Giulia Falciani was born and raised in Florence, Italy and works as an animator in Berlin. In her work, she plays with different materials and techniques to fully exploit the possibilities of the medium of animation: from traditional drawings and stop-motion to digital animations and experiments with light and different textures. Giulia is the co-founder of the berlin based animation studio STUDIO FAZI.
