SYNOPSIS
一生懸命働いていないと当局にとがめられたウラジミールに科された罰は、マヌケな人間と共に暮らすこと。ウラジミールは精神科病院から相棒を選ぶ。彼の名前はヴォヴァ。このマヌケな男は“オウ”としか発音できなかった。
Accused by the authorities of not working hard enough, Vladimir's punishment is to live with an idiot. He chooses him from an insane asylum, and his name is Vova. This idiot can only pronounce one syllable: ouh.

テオドール・ウシェフは1968年2月4日、ブルガリア・キュステンディル生まれのカナダ在住アニメーション作家。ビジュアルアーティストとしても活動し、多数のイラストやポスターを手がけてきた。ソフィア国立美術アカデミーを卒業後、母国でポスターアーティストとして名を馳せ、1999年にカナダ・ケベック州モントリオールに拠点を移した。
Theodore Ushev is a Canadian animation filmmaker of Bulgarian origin, born in Kyustendil, Bulgaria, on February 4, 1968. He is also a visual artist, and has signed numerous illustrations and posters. A graduate of the National Academy of Arts in Sofia, he first made a name for himself as a poster artist in his native country, before settling in Montreal, Quebec, in 1999.
