Kyung Hun CHO
1975年生まれ。延世大学校にて経営学を専攻。『Constipation』（1996年）、『Hungry』（2000年）、『Revenge impossible2』（2001年）といった短編作品を監督した後、制作プロダクションであるスタジオ・アニマルを設立し、監督やプロデューサーとして、多くの作品に携わる。プロデュースした代表作は『Medical Island』（2003年）、『ゴースト・メッセンジャー』（2010年）、『Hanging On！』（2014年）など。本作は彼にとって、数本の短編アニメーション制作を経た後の、初の商業長編アニメーション作品である。
