Olga Pärn, Priit Pärn

1946年8月26日タリンに生まれる。1994年からEesti Joonisfilm Studioに所属。1960年代から風刺画家、イラストレーターとして活躍するが、1980年代初頭からは、フリーランスのグラフィックアーティストとしての仕事が増加。ヨーロッパ各地やカナダで30回以上の個展を開き、2007年にはクム美術館で個展を開催した。1990年からは教師としても活躍。フィンランド、ノルウェー、ドイツ、スイス、スペイン、ベルギー、オランダ、フランスそしてイギリスの映画学校で教鞭を執り、オーストラリアやカナダでは簡単なワークショップも行っている。1994年から2007年まではフィンランドのトゥルク大学の芸術メディア部門のアニメーション学科のアーティストディレクター、そして2006年の時点ではエストニア芸術アカデミーのアニメーション学科の学科長を務めている。これまでに11の長編アニメーションを制作し監督、脚本、アートディレクターを担い、短編映画の上映や宣伝などにも関わっている。nnOlga Pärnn1976年1月1日、ミンスク（ベラルーシ）に生まれる。1994年Minsk Lyceum of Artを卒業し、2000年にByelorussian Academy of Artのグラフィックアート学科（陰刻を専攻）を卒業。1996年から2003年までは. Belarusfilm Studioのアニメーション部門（サンドアニメーションを担当）でアートディレクター兼アニメーターとして働く。2003年から2005年までは.フランスのLa Poudriereアニメーション・スクールで映画監督について学んだ｡その後半年の間パリで絵コンテアーティストとして働く。2006年からはエストニアに拠点を移し、Eesti Joonisfilm Studioでプリート・パルンと共に2本のアニメ映画を制作し、いずれにおいても共同監督、共同アートディレクターを務めた。

Priit PärnBorn on August 26, 1946 in Tallinn.Works at Eesti Joonisfilm Studio since 1994.Has been active as a caricaturist and illustrator since the end of the 1960′s. He has done more and more work as a freelance graphic artist since the early 1980′s. Pärn has had over 30 solo exhibitions in various European countries and Canada. Pärn had a solo exhibition at the Kumu Museum of Art in 2007.Pärn has also worked as a teacher since 1990. He has taught at film schools in Finland, Norway, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Belgium, Holland, France and England. He has also held briefer workshops in Australia and Canada. Pärn served as the artistic director of the animation department of the Turku School of Art and Media in Finland from 1994 to 2007. Pärn is the director of the animation department of the Estonian Academy of Art as of 2006.Pärn has made 11 animated films of longer duration as director, scriptwriter and art director, as well as a host of short films, commercials and so on.nnOlga PärnBorn on January 1, 1976 in Minsk (Byelorussia).Graduated from the Minsk Lyceum of Art in 1994.Graduated from the graphic arts department (specialising in intaglio) at the Byelorussian Academy of Art in 2000. Worked as an art director and animator (specialising in sand animation) in the animation department at Belarusfilm Studio in 1996-2003. Completed a course in film directing at the La Poudriere animation school in France from 2003 to 2005. Subsequently worked for half a year in Paris as a storyboard artist. Lives and works in Estonia since 2006. Here she has made two animated films together with Priit Pärn at Eesti Joonisfilm Studio. She was the co-director and co-art director for both films.
