SYNOPSIS
樹木の一生を観察していると、人間の一生との相違点と共通点が見えてくる。樹木は、花が咲き、葉が散って、その繰り返しで年月を重ねる。人間の一生は、その死後、椅子、紙など別のものにまた生まれ変わっていく。
Observing the life cycle of trees, differences and resemblances can be seen with humanity. There’s the circulative life of blooming and dying, which can last for centuries. Furthermore, there are changes over lifetimes, trees turning into chairs, paper after “death.” Stories inspired by various lives..

JEONG Dahee
ソウルの弘益大学校で学び、ビジュアル・コミュニケーションの学士号を取得した。2008年にパリへ行き国立高等装飾美術大学でアニメーションの修士号を取得。卒業作品である『Le temps de larbre (The hours of tree)』はショートショートフィルムフェスティバルのコンテスト部門で上映され、インディ・アニフェスト2013ではグランプリを受賞した。2013年に開催されたフランスのフォントヴロー修道院でのアニメーション・レジデンシーに招待され、サクレブルー・プロダクションズ制作、CJ文化財団がスポンサーの『Man on the chair』を監督した。
Animation director based in Seoul.nEducated at Hongik University in Seoul and got a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication.nWent to Paris in 2008 and got a Master’s in Animation at Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs.nHer graduation film, Le temps de larbre (The hours of tree) was screened in the competition section at Short Shorts Film Festival and awarded Grand Prize at Indie-Anifest 2013.nShe has been invited for the animation residency at Fontevraud Abbey, France in 2013 and directed Man on the chair screened at Cannes Directors Fortnight 2014 and awarded Cristal for a Short Film at Annecy International Animated Film Festival.nShe is also involved in commercial films, worked as an art director for Branding animation film for Cheil Worldwide and over 10 TV commercials for Aniframe Productions.
