浦崎 力 (URASAKI Chikara)
1979年千葉県生まれ。発表するあてのない漫画、音楽、アニメーションを制作したりしなかったりしていたが、2011年末からアニメーションによるPVを発表するようになる。
Ｃhikara Ｕrasaki started to release promotional animated videos in late 2011. Before that, he had produced MANGA, music and animations without planning to release them publicly
