Gina KAMENTSKY
ファウンド・フッテージを使ったダイレクト・アニメーション、コラージュ、ストップ・モーションなど、さまざまな手法を用いて活動する実験的なアニメーター。彼女の作品は、テクスチャ―、リズム、ジェスチャーとフィールドレコーディングされた音の関係を探っている。そのアニメーション作品は、アヌシー、オタワ、アナーバーなど、数多くの映画祭で上映されている。
Gina KAMENTSKY is an experimental animator working in a variety of techniques including Direct Animation on found footage, Collage and Stop Motion. In her work, she explores relationships between surface, rhythm, gesture and field recorded sound. Her animation work has screened at numerous festivals including Annecy, Ottawa International Animation Festival and the Ann Arbor Film Festival.
