A program that’s made up of films made by artists who are still enrolled in an educational institution. Although it’s the “student” category, there are many films every year that are just as outstanding as those in other programs. This year’s selection comprises more works that are appealing in a rough and free-spirited way. In a sense, the program epitomizes “New Chitose.” A must-see for die-hard “New Chitose” fans!
