SYNOPSIS
中世の村の人々が夏の始まりを祝う中、皇室はアイデンティティの危機を迎えていた。自身をガラスだと思い込む王に、王になる夢を見る王妃。そして王子は、ロバの体の中に閉じ込まれていた。
While the people of a medieval village celebrate the beginning of summer, the Royal Family experiences an identity crisis. The King thinks he's made of glass, the Princess dreams of becoming the king, and the Prince is trapped in the body of a donkey.

Anne VERBEURE
アン・ヴァービュールはゲント大学で美術史の修士号を取得した後、映画研究に没頭する。ブリュッセルのRITCSで脚本執筆と映画演出を学び、その後ゲント大学芸術学部（KASK）のアニメーション映画修士課程に進む。主に紙に描くアニメーションに取り組むが、あらゆる形式や素材で実験することを好む。『The Golden Donkey』は彼女の初のプロフェッショナル作品となる。
After obtaining a Master's degree in Art History at Ghent University, Anne Verbeure immersed herself in film studies. She studied Script Writing and Film Direction at RITCS Brussels, after which she switched to the Animation Film MA track at the School of Arts | University College Ghent (KASK). She mainly focuses on drawn animation on paper, but she likes to experiment with all kinds of forms and materials. THE GOLDEN DONKEY is her first professional film.
